Women's Empowerment Program

The Women's Empowerment Program of Work Force Organization (WFO) works to promote women's participation, leadership, economic independence, and equal opportunities within communities across Afghanistan. The program supports women and girls through skills development, livelihood opportunities, awareness programs, and initiatives that strengthen their role in social and economic development.

WFO implements women's empowerment programs in collaboration with communities, government institutions, and development partners. The program focuses on improving women's access to education, vocational skills, income-generating opportunities, and decision-making platforms, while promoting a safe and supportive environment for women and girls.
